SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
The large majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 working day of the order and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services. In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

We currently deliver in Lucknow Locations in India. Click here to check Pin Codes we deliver. In case the order is placed for a destination whose Pin code is shown as not serviceable by the above link, We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount at our discretion.
We dispatch most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays and local Holidays.To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If I'm not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product you have to raise a claim within 24 hours. You (Customer) have to return the product in the original packing as you received from us (sofacumbed.xyz). A customer has to ship the product from their side within 48 hours from he/she received the product. In this case, Expenses incurred during shipping, such as packing, shipping and others are non refundable.
If I received damaged product?
Don't worry, our quality checking team checks the product assure the product quality before a delivery, in case if you have received an item in damaged condition you need to email us the images of the damaged product within 24hrs to be eligible for transit insurance coverage. What is Refund Process?
If you want a voucher/Coupon, the same would be sent to you within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on sofacumbed.xyz. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). In the case of COD payments, the same will be refunded by cheque. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in the case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
